A. Craft Chocolate Chunk Cookies
It starts with great chocolate. This recipe uses 7 A. Craft Chocolate Bars and makes 36 cookies. Use your favorite single origin, or mix and match any left over chocolate pieces. You can adjust the amount of chocolate in the recipe to your taste.
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
6oz brown sugar
6oz granulated sugar
1 tspn vanilla
1/2 tspn baking soda
1/2 tspn salt
7 A. Craft Chocolate Bars - roughly chopped
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
In a stand mixer, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla, then eggs, one at a time until blended. Use medium speed.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
Slowly add the dry flour mixture to the sugar and butter mixture until blended on low speed.
Take the bowl off of the stand mixer and fold in the chopped chocolate bars until evenly blended.
Drop 1.5oz. scoops of batter on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 min until edges are golden and the center is baked.
